CC's first Fan Fic- Guardian Princess Part I
Guardian Princess Part I

A little 12 year old boy was arguing with his mother in the 'Rapses Exhibit Musueum' in SAn Francisco.
"Aw,mom," the boy moaned."Do you have to go THAT long?"
"I'm sorry PResley,"his mother,Amanda Carnovan said."I have a new sacrophagi coming in today for the exhibit.You know this means alot to me."
"I know mum,"Presley said."What about lunch together?"
"I'm so sorry,Pres,"Amanda Carnovan replied."This will take the whole day."
"But mum,you barely ever eat with me,"Presley complained.
"I know sweetheart.I'm very busy you know.Look.Here's 5 bucks.Grab some thing at the cafeteria okay?"
Grumbling,Presley took the money and wandered around the museum.He caught sight of a sketch af the new sacrophagi coming in today.
"The Carving on the sacrophagi is something like Ja-Kal's ,Armon's ,Rath's and Nefer-Tina's," he observed. "But the carving is a wolf."
He saw hieroglyphs under the carving of the wolf.
"To the honoured Guardian princess, Princess Karina. Titled by Pharaoh Amenhotep by her courage and strength," Presley read. "The poor princess." He dried his tears. Those shocking tears. He felt that the death of the Princess have caused him to cry. "Oh, well. I better check on the guys."
Buying 3 tuna sandwiches and 2 soda cans, he ran to the Sphinx, where his guardians rest.
* * * * * * * * * * * * *
"This is Amazing !"a tall lean mummy cried named Rath.
"What's so amazing?" asked a mummy with long white silky hair.
"She shall come for her." Rath replied, making the other 3 mummies wonder.
"Who shall come for who?" came a boyish voice. Presley stood behind the 4 mummies.
"My prince!" a tall well built mummy cried. The 4 mummies fell onto one knee before their Prince.
"Hi, Ja-Kal," Presley greeted. "Please. Get up. " He was not used being a prince. The 4 mummies obeyed hi command. "So....what's up?"
"The Princess shall come for you, my Prince," Rath answered.
"Princess? I'm not getting married now guys!" Presley said, thinking a princess was coming to marry him.
"No, Prince Rapses, "the long haired mummy, Nefer-Tina or Nefer laughed.
"She will be your 5th guardian,"said Armon,a large mummy.He was munching on the tuna sandwich Presley bought.
"5th?"Presley asked.
"She was like a sister to your father,Amenhotep,"Rath explained.
"And you will have to learn how to greet a princess,"said Ja-Kal.Still Presley couldn't understand what they were talking about.
"What on Earth are you guys talking about?!"he said.
"Oh bother,"Rath muttered.
* * * * * * * * * * *
"Do you know what is going to happen today,Heka?"a 300 year-old0look-a-like man asked.
"Oh,goody-goody!Were going shopping for hats!Since I don't have a body and I saw that cool looking...."Heka began "YYYEEEAAAKKKK!!!"The man strangled Heka's neck!
"Wrong answer,Heka,"the man,Scarab hissed.
"S-Sorry b-boss,"Heka apologized,gasping for air.THe man let go of Heka's neck."Sooo......what's going to happen today,Scarab?"
"Today,Princess Karina will come from her sacrophagi to join the mummies and protect Prince Rapses,"Sacarb explained.
"Princess Karina?"Heka said,uncertained."The daughter of Kharesh?"
"Yes,sweet Heka.THe secret guardian of Rapses.Amenhotep gave the title of 'Princess' and 'Princess Guardian' to Karina,"Scarab said."The student of Rath,who sometimes goes to her lessons with Rapses and she never told the prince who she really was.Always followed him anywhere in the dark to keep an eye on the prince."
"Sooo.....what?"Heka asked,not knowing Scarab's plan.
"If,the Princess shall come from her sacrophagi tonight,so will Rapses.And....immortality will be awaiting,"scarab sneered in reply.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
"No,no,no!"Rath cried for the 5th time.He,Ja-Kal,Nefer and Armon were trying to teach Presley how to greet the Princess."You must say it this way. 'I,Prince Rapses,son of Amenhotep,ruler of Egypt,stand before you Princess Karina,my unknown and secret guardian,to greet you with the honour and pride of Egypt as my new and 5th guardian.Welcome."
"Okay,"Presley answered,quite bored with Rath's many 'no,no,no'.He tried out the words and actions to Nefer-Tina,who's playing as Karina.
"Very good,my prince,"Rath said,satisfied."But your actions are totally wrong!!!"
"Hooo boy,"Presley muttered.
"Be patient,great scribe,"Ja-Kal said."It will take time for the young prince to make it perfect."
"A wise fisherman always waits patiently for his catch,"qouted Presley,grinning.
"THe prince is wise for his early years,"Ja-Kal said,placing his hand on his shoulder.
"Like a hungry man who waits patiently for his lunch,"Armon laughed.
"NOt including you,Armon,"Rath said."Ja-Kal.Princess Karina has a very high title.She'll be coming from her sacrophagi tonight at the museum!The prince must be waiting with his words and actions perfect!!!!!"
"Look here,Rath,"Nefer-Tina said,trying to calm Rath down."It's not like the prince have alrready met a million princesses.It's new to him like how is he in your lessons when you teach him a new subject."
Rath sighed."You are right Nefer-Tina.I must learn how to teach the prince patiently."
"THat's my boy,"Nefer-Tina said,placing her small hand on Rath's shoulder.Rath lookde at Nefer-Tina pleasently.He patted her hand and smiled at her.
"Now,my prince,"Rath began."Follow what I say and what I do will most probably be the easiest way to learn."
So,Presley followed and learned quickly with the help from all of his guardians.
Deep in the trees near Presley and the mummies,Sacrab,heka and the shabties hide.
"I thought that we were going to attack tonight?"Heka said.
"Princess Karina Is a master in alchemy,magic and self-defense,"Scarab replied."I believe we can get the chance now."
"So,the great socerer is finally afraid of a female 'Gueardian Princess,"Heka sneered.
PLAANNGG!!!!!!!!!!!Heka flew backwards!Scarab just gave her a hearty slap!
"Don't you dare to do that again,Scarab!"she shrieked.
"The remember that I am the mightiest socerer in the world,Heka,"Scarab sneered.
Suddenly,Ja-Kal sensed danger nearby.Scarab ducked into the shadows,afraid that Ja-Kal's sharp blue eyes might catch a sight of him.Seeing nothing that could endanger the Prince,Ja-Kal shrugged and continued helping Presley.
"Stupid snake,"Scarab muttered angrily.
Scarab saw that now was the perfect time to attack.He jumped out from his hiding place.
"SHABTIES!ATTACK!!!!!"
"Scarab!"Armon cried,dropping his beefy burger.
Sure enough,40 shabties surrounded the mummies and Presley.
"Protect the Prince!"odered Ja-Kal.
WITH THE STRENGH OF RA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
With various colours of blinding lights,the mummies changed into their armors.
"Ja-Kal!You have to get the prince out of here!"RAth said.
"Come my prince.You must be safe,"Ja-Kal said.
"No,"Presley protested,curtly."I want to help.What if you guys get hurt?"
"We'llbe fine,"Ja-Kal assured him."Besides,no pharaoh should be worried over his servants."Taking Presley into his arms,he took flight onhis golden wings.
"Let's Kick Tut!!!!!"Nefer-Tina cried."HHIIIIEEEYYYAAKKK!!!!!!!!"
She caught a Shabtie with her whip and pulled.CCRRRRRRAAAAASHHH!!!!!!
The shabtie crumbled into a million pieces.
"Eeewww....stinking shabties,"Rath muttered.He realesed gren beams and......BBBOOOOMMMMM!!!!BBBAAAANNNGGG!!!!!!!!CCCRRAASSSHHH!!!!
3 shabties were destroyed at once."Now that's better."he said to himself.
YYAAHH!!!!BBOOMMM!!!Armon destroyed a shabtie with one big punch.
"Rath!!Behind you!!!"Nefer-Tina cried.
Before Rath could react,2 shabties caught his arms,2 caught his legs and 1 held on to his neck.Rath struggled hard to get out but the shabties were too strong.
"Armon,Nefer-Tina!"he cried desperately.
"Let him go!"Armon cried.BBOOOMMM!!!He crunched a shabtie in his way.
Nefer-Tina caught RAth's waist with her whip.Armon crushed all the shabties.CCCRRRAASSSHHH!!!!!!BBBAANNNGG!!!!!BBBOOOMMM!!!!!CCCRRRAASSSHHH!!!!BBBAANNNGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nefer-Tina pulled him fowards.
"Thank you.Ooohh.."Rath said,rubbing his head."where is the prince?"
"Up there,"Nefer-Tina pointes into the sky.
"The prince shall be mine!"Scarab cried.He transformed into his armor shaped like a purple bee.He shot Ja-Kal with a purple energy beam.Rath noticed his actions.
"No you don't,Scarab!"Rath warned.Folding his arms over his golden and green armor,he released a green beam and attacked Scarab.
TTSSEEWWW!!!!The green beam hit sCARAB but it was too late.
"AAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!"Scarab cried in pain.
"Ja-Kal!!!"Nefer-Tina cried."Look out!!!"
Ja-Kal heared the cries but he could not escape from the purple beam.The beam hit him before he could make a move.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!"
He tried to hold on to Presley but he lost consciousness and both of them went hurling to the ground.
"Rapses!!!"Rath cried.
"Ja-Kal!!!"Armon cried.
Nefer-Tina felt power rush through her black armor.She has a duty and she will do her duty!
She ran like the wind.
"Outta my way Shabtie!!!!"she cried.
HHIIIEEYYAAKKK!!TTTSSIINNGGG!!!!CCCCRRAASSSSSHHHH!!!!The shabtie crumbled as she gave it a powerful blow with her cat claws.She climbed the highest tree and jumped high and far enough to reach only Presley.She caught a branch using her whip and they swung to safety.
"Ja-Kal!You've gotta get Ja-Kal!!"Presley cried,half begging.
Rath saw Ja-Kal falling.Thank goodness Prince Rapses was safe,he thought.Still,without a leader,the mummies will fall apart.Raising his hands towards Ja-Kal,he created a dim green ball around the guardian.Ja-Kal was now floating slowly to the ground.
"Allow me,my prince,"Nefer-Tina said. She took hold of Presley,lifted him and with one big swing,she threw PResley off the branch.
"YYEEAAAHHH!!!!"With 2 somersaults,Presley landed safely on his feet.
"Well,practising with those guys did alot of good,"Presley said.He flashed Nefer-Tina thumbs-up signs abd Nefer-Tina,smiling,went to help Armon and Rath.
Rath was still keeping up his magic.He was aware of the shabties behind him but he did not care.Narrowing his intelligent green eyes,he concentrated harder.Presley knew that Rath could not hold on any longer.He quickly gathered leafly branches to prepare a soft landing for Ja-Kal.
CCCCRRAASSH!!!!!!!!!!BBBBOOOOOOOMM!!!!!!More shabties were destroyed.Scarab did not want Ja-Kal to live.
"That shall be your last trick,wizard!!!"he cried.
TTZZIINNGGG!!
"AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!"
"Rath!!"
Rath flew backwards at the force of Scarab's magic.
THUD!!!Ja-Kal fell on Presley's matress of leaves.
"Ja-Kal?You okay?"Presley asked.
"Uunnhh..."Ja-Kal moaned.
"Hang in there pal,"Presley said.
"Prince rapses!!"Nefer-Tina cried."shabties at 6 o�clock!!"
Presley turned and saw 2 shabties after him.
"Eat my dust,clay brains!!!"Presley cried.He took out his Boomer-Ra and attacked the Shabties.
SWISH!!!!TTZZINNGG!!!TTSSEEWW!!!TTTTSSEEWWW!!CCCRRAASSHH!!!!
Presley destroyed the shabties.
"You're too cool,Presley,"Presley said to himself.
Scarab saw that no one was guarding Presley.Ja-Kal was unconscious, Rath was hurt and the other 2 were busy charging at Shabties.He took flight on his small wings and flew at top speed towards Presley.
"Ha-HAH!!!!"he laughed."You're precious prince shall be mine!!!"
"My prince!!"Armon cried,looking up from a bunch of shabties.
"No!!!!!!!!!"Rath cried,trying to stand up.
"Rapses!!"came Nefer-Tina's voice.
"AAAAHHH!!!"Presley screamed.He knew the price if Scarab got hold of him.
TTZZIINNGGG!!!!A yellow flaming arrow shot throungh the air.THe arrow missed Scarab.
"Ja-Kal!!"Presley cried happily,turning around.
"Get down,my prince!"Ja-Kal said.He pulled Presley to the ground.But he was too slow.Scarab got hold of Presley's backpack and Presley was pulled of the ground.
"NNOO!!!"Ja-Kal cried.He felt that his duty to protect the prince was a failure.
"Let me go!Let me go!Let me go!"Presley cried.
"No one can save you now,boy!!"Scarab replied,harshly.
"Let Rapses go!!!"Nefer-Tina cried.
CCRRAACCCKKK!!!PPLLAANNGG!!!Nefer-Tina's whip slapped Scarab's arm painfully.
"AAARRGGHHH!!!"
Presley fell to the ground but Nefer-Tina caught him in time.
"Oof!!!Putting on a little weight,Rapses?"Nefer-Tina teased.
"With all the beefy burgers?"Presley relied,grinning.
"I'll get you,mummies!!!"Scarab cried.
"And we'll be waiting to kick your tut,"Nefer-Tina muttered angrily.
Nefer-Tina and Presley walked over to Ja-Kal.
"Ja-Kal?YOu alright?"Nefer-Tina asked.
"I'm fine.Is the prince unharmed?"he replied.
"Undamaged."Presley assured him."Can you stand?Are you really fine?"
"If you are fine,my prince,I will be fine,"I belive I can stand,"Ja-Kal said.
"Nefer-Tina,help him please,"Presley said."I'll go check on Rath."
"Right'o prince,"Nefer-Tina said,pleased to help.
Presley walked past the the remains of the Shabties.He ran to Rath when he heard him moaning softly.
"Rath?Are you okay?You're really hurt!!Can you walk?"Presley shot the questions like bullets.
"I am fine,Prince Rapses,"Rath said."But I cant' walk.my left leg hurts when I try to move it."he tried to move the leg but he groaned in pain.
"You must have sprained it like I sometimes do on my skateboard,"Presley explained."Hurts like agony,huh?"
"You are right,my prince,"Rath agreed.
Presley called Armon.
"Coming o'prince!"Armon cried.
"Oh dear,"Rath muttered."No,my prince.I'd rather not."
"Like you have a choice,"Presley said."It's a long way to the Hot-Ra,you know."He pointed to the Hot-Ra hidden in the trees.
"Unless you want to stand the agony,"Armon said,coming up."Baggage,my prince?"
"I think I see a long green and gold one,Armon,"Presley joked."Do you see it?"
"No.But with my little,beady eyes I think I see its long golden tail,"Armon laughed.He picked Rath up,1 arm under Rath's knees and the golden arm under Rath's arm.
Both af them walked over to the Hot-Ra and caught up with the others.
"RAth!!!"Nefer-Tina cried.Suddenly she giggled,then,she snorted and then......she laughed!!!!!
"What's so funny?!"Rath demanded.Then he felt that Armon was about to cuddle him.
"No you don't Armon,"RAth warned."I do not want to be a sardine."
"I want you to be...because I very hungry,Rath,"Armon laughed.
"EEWWW....."
The others laughed.

"I almost had him!!!!"Scarab screamed.He banged the table so hard that the scroll Heka was reading flew off the table.
"Scarab!Can't...."Heka scolded.Seeing Scarab's face full of rage,she went scared."Soo.....what happened?"
"The female charioteer!!!She and her blasted whip!!I had Rapses then-plang!-I lost the prince!"Scarab screamed in anger.
"NOw Scarab,"Heka began."You still can get the boy Prince tonight at the museum,can't you?"
"For a snake,you're pretty sensible,Heka,"
* * * * * * * * * * *
"Guys,tell me about the princess,"Presley said,eager to know about Kharesh's daughter.
"well,my prince,"Ja-Kal began."It started a long way back."
"She was a great with horses and chariots and she was my friend."Nefer-Tina said.
"My student with you,"Rath added.He lied on the couch with a cold pack on his leg.
"And,boy..Can she cook well,"Armon answered.
"So...what's she like?"Presley asked.
The 4 mummies looked at each other and began the story.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
"Amenhotep,where's Rapses?"the Pharaoh's wife asked.
"I am worried too,wife,"Amenhotep sighed."Scarab is out to Nubia.Ja-Kal and the other guardians are looking for him."
"Oh,Amnhotep.What if he's hurt?!"the queen wailed.
Amenhotep walked over to his wife,trying to comfort her.
"Now,wife.Control yourself.Our son will be alright.Nefer can drive the chariots quickly. Ja-Kal can find his trails.They will find him before Ra falls."
The pharaoh and the queen waited for a long time,gazing at their kingdom.
"I'm going to search for Rapses,"Amenhotep said at last."I have waited too long."
"Amenhotep,let me come with you,"the queen insisted."He is my son too."
"No.Your must watch over Egypt.Make sure everything is running smoothly." Amenhotep said.He turned but his wife pulled him back.
"what if he fell into the Nile?"she mourned."He is only 8.He is not strong enough to fight the strong currents which came in these days."
"Do not worry.Rapses will be alright.I'm sure,"Amenhotep relied,trying to be sure,though he had doubt.He went to search for his son.
"Kana!!"He called for one of his charioteers.
"At your service,my pharaoh,"Kana replied,bowing deeply.
"Get your chariot ready,"Amenhotep odered."Begin a search for my son,Prince Rapses."
"As you wish,o' pharaoh,"KAna replied.
After a few minutes,Amenhotep and Kana rode to the Nile.women and children gathered at the Nile when they saw Rapses swept so quickly past them.The bowed to their pharaoh.
"The Prince!"A little boy suddenly cried."The prince just swept past by the strong currents!"
"Rapses!!"Amenhotep gasped."Kana,go on ahead.Quickly!"
Kana rode quickly.
"Pharaoh Amenhotep.The guardians!"Kana cried.
"Go towards them."
They reached Ja-Kal,Armon,Rath and Nefer(Nefer-Tina disguised as a boy!!).
"Have you found my son?"Amenhotep asked.The 4 guardians bowed.
"No,my pharaoh.The women saw him carried away by the currents,"Ja-Kal answered.
"The prince!!!"Armon suddenly cried.
Rapses was unconscious. He swept past the pharaoh,Kana and his guardians so quickly that no one could react.
"Rapses!!"Amenhotep cried.
SSPPAALLSSHH!!!!A young girl splashed into the Nile.She wore clothes with blusih green patterns onthe white fabric.Her long auburn hair flew behind her as she dived neatly into the river.
"the girl must be mad!!"Armon cried."She is not strong enough to fight the strong currents!"
Armon was half right and half wrong.The girl,daughter of Kharesh,was able to fight the currents but not for long.She swam towards the prince and got hold of him.She tried hard to get him to safety but she could no longer fight the currents.Rath was aware.He jumped into the Nile and let the cutrrents carry him to Rapses and the little girl.
"Are you alright?"Rath asked the girl.
"Fine.But I can't get the prince to safety,"she coughed.
SSSWWWIISSHH!!!SSPPAALLSSHH!!!!Ja-Kal's arrow,tied to a rope landed near them.Rath and the girl and the young prince moved against the currents with the aid of the rope.SSNNAAPP!!!THe ropped snapped!!!rath quickly took hold of a stone at the edge of the river and the little girl with his other hand.The girl saw a tall palm tree at the other side of the river.She took out a golden disc.
"what are you doing?"Rath demanded.He was losing grip.He turned his head and met the girl's deep green eyes.
"Trust me,great scribe,"she whispered,loud enough for Rath to hear. With one great stroke,she made the disc fly and chopped the tree down to make a bridge. SWISH!!!! TZING!!! BBAANNGG!!! The girl caught the tree with one hand and help Rath up the tree.Together,they helped the prince up and Rath helped the girl up the tree.
"You have saved the prince's life!"Rath said excitedly.
"Please,it was nothing,"the girl said,smiling.Her auburn hair was plastered on her head and down her back.
"We must get to safe ground,"Rath suggested.Taking Rapses into his arms,they walked to land.
Kana's and Nefer's chariot ,carriying Amenhotep and the guardians came rushing towards the 3 Egyptians.At the sight of the pharaoh,the girl fell onto her knees.The chariots stopped.
"Rapses!!"Amenhotep cried.He took his son into his arms hoping that he would be alright.to his relief,Prince Rapses was breathing."Thank Ra you are alive,my son."
Armon helped the girl up."You have done a good thing,little girl,"he praised."Egypt will be proud of you."
"Pharaoh Amenhotep,"Rath began."This is the girl who saved Prince Rapses."
Amenhotep looked at the girl with warm,admiring eyes.The girl fell onto her knees again.
"Rise,child,"the pharaoh said,without his odering tone."You need not bow before me.You have done a very good deed.I am indeed pround of you.What is your name?"
"Karina,o' pharaoh,"the girl answered."I am the only daughter of the late Kharesh."She stood before the pharaoh.Amenhotep looked at her with sadness in his eyes.
"And how old are you?"
"Ten,my pharaoh."
Amenhotep,Kana and the guardians looked at her in awe.
"10?You're only 10?"Ja-Kal asked,not believing his ears.
"Yes."
"Imagine,a 10 year old girl with such courage and strengh.She risked her own life for the prince!"the pharaoh said
"What shall we do?"Kana asked.
"Take her back to the palace with me.Ask one of the servants to prepare her in my mother's royal clothes,"Amenhotep said.
"Why o' pharaoh?"Armon asked.RAth glanced at Armon sharply.It was not proPer to ask about a pharaoh's order.
"Princess Karina,"the pharaoh began."You will be treated as a princess,as my own sister and as a member of the royal family.You have prooved yourself to be brave and you shall be my son's secret guardian,a 'Guardian Princess'.Rath will be your tutor and to my son,you are known as Lyria."
Karina gasped.The other guardians and Kana bowed at the new princess.Rath looked at her with admiration in his green,sparkling eyes.

"And that how she got the title 'Guardian princess,"Ja-Kal ended.
"Lyria,"Presley muttered.Why wasn't I told ther real name?"
"We do not know my prince,"Nefer-Tina said.
"Well,I better get home or else my mum will get worried."Presley said."Tonight?"
"Tonight,Prince Rapses,"Ja-Kal said.

Preley woke up late that night.It was a warm summer night and he was having his holiday.He changed,took his backpack with 5 beefy burgers, which might be gobbled up by Armon,and not forgetting his Boomer-Ra.He climbed out his window,jumped on the lamp post outside the windom and slided down the curved metal body.He got on to his bike and cycled fast to the Sphinx.
"Ja-Kal??Rath??Guys??"he called when he walked into the Sphinx.
A golden and blue sacrophagi opened,followed by a cobra-designed sacrophagi.Then a sacgrophagi with a carving of a ram opened followed by a black,red and gold sacrophagi.
"Greetings,Prince Rapses,"Ja-Kal greeted.
"Hello,young prince,"Rath chimed in.
"Uh...Hi Presley,"Armon said.
"Hi Rapses!"Nefer-Tina said,cheerfully.She seemed glad to meet a friend from way back.
"Anything to eat?"Armon asked.
"Mum bought beefy burgers,"Presley answered,Taking one out.
"Yummy..."He gobbled the beefy burger down.
"When will the princess be arriving?"Ja-Kal asked Rath.
"When the moolight hits her sacrophagi."
"That won't be long,"Nefer-Tina said.SHe seemed to be forever grinning.
"Let's go now,"Presley suggested and off they went.
At the museum.
"Where is the princess's sacrophagi?"Ja-Kal asked.
"In the exhibit,"Presley answered."Follow me."
THey walked to the exhibit.The princess's sacrophagi stood in silence under the large skylight.
"It's a good thing it is under that thing,"Armon said,pointing to the sky light.
"Well,the moonlight have not reached her highness' sacrophagi yet."Ja-Kal said.
"can you guys tell me more about her?"Presley asked,interested about his secret guardian.
"You seem curious,o'prince,"Ja-Kal laughed."Alright,we'll tell you."
"She was one of my best friends.We rode the chariots together,"Nefer-Tina said.
"The princess rode the chariot with you in secret?!"Armon cried.
"Well...she was good.Swift as a wolf,smart as a wolf and as observant as a wolf."Nefer-Tina said,shrugging.
"She was your student,Rath,"Presley began."What about her??"
"Hmm...She was an amazing student,"Rath said,tapping his chin."She amazes me in alchemy and magic.A complete master."
"Oh,really?not her auburn hair and deep green eyes??"Nefer-Tina teased.
"certainly not.I was umm........only interested in her academic skills."Rath protested.He cleared his throat."Well,my prince.The moonlight is almost reaching her sacropaghi.we better get you ready."
"Ready?For what?"Presley asked.
"Take off your backpack,my prince,"Rath instructed.
Presley obeyed.With a wave of his hands and dim green light shining on his fingers,Rath transformed Presley�s casual clothes into rapses�s royal clothes.
"Wow,"Presley breathed. "I have to meet the princess in this.Cool."
"He is truly Prince Rapses,"Ja-Kal said,proudly.He always thought Presley as his own son.
After a few minutes,it happened.The moonlight reached the princess� sacrophagi.Her sacrophagi shone with a dim yellow light.It slowly opened.The 4 mummies kneeled on 1 knee.A bright blue light shone from the inside of the sacrophagi and a small all-wrapped-bluish-grey skin came out.Presley looked behind at his guardians and Ja-Kal nodded,motioning him to greet Princess Karina.Presley took hold of the small mummy�s hand.
"Don�t be afraid,"Presley said,nervously. " You have been resting for 3500 years."
"Who are you?Why do you sound so familiar?Where am I?"the mummy said, stepping out from the sacrophagi.Her eyes were closed.
Presley let go of the mummy�s hand.
"I,Prince Rapses,son of Amenhotep,ruler of Egypt,stand before you Princess Karina,my unknown and secret guardian,to greet you with the honour and pride of Egypt as my new and 5th guardian.Welcome."Presley said.
The mummy opened her eyes in shock. "Prince Rapses!!" she quickly kneeled down like the other 4 mummies.Presley grinned nervously.
"Please,"he began."You really don�t have to do that.You are a princess."
"Like pharaoh,like prince,"Nefer-Tina said,softly. "He is as humble as his father."
The young mummy stood up.The light from her sacrophagi dissepeared and what was left now was an empty opened sacrophagi.Presley got a good look at the princess now.
Princess Karina was short. Shorter than Nefer-Tina.Her long,longer than Nefer-Tina�s, white silky hair ran down her back.She had a gold band around her forehead with a sapphire attached to it.Her eyes were deep green.Like Rath�s,but bigger.Her nose was flat and her lips were full.She had a sweet face.she looked like a 13 year-old.Her clothes
were like the others except with a different patterns and with the colour brown and gold. She also had dark grren armbands like Rath�s,but her�s were more unique and she had 2,one for each wrist.presley was stunned.Her amulet.Shaped like a wolf�s head with an earring on 1 ear.The stone on it was a sapphire too.
"Hello,Ja-Kal.Armon,"Karina greeted,nodding at each of them.
"Hello,Princess Karina,"Ja-Kal said.
"You may rise,Ja-Kal,Armon.All of you,"the princess said. Her voice was like a tinkling bell.
"Thank you,o� princess,"Armon said.The princess smiled a very sweet smile.
Her green eyes traveled to Rath.She looked straight into his eyes.
"Greetings, great scribe,"Karina said.
"welcome,your highness,"Rath answered.
"Where is Nefer??"karina asked.
"Hello,Princess Karina."came Nefer-Tina�s voice.
"Nefer?"Karina said,uncertained.Nefer-Tina walked and met the princess face to face. "You�re a girl!!!"
"It�s a long story, o� princess,"Nefer-Tina said. "I�m sorry I didn�t tell you."
"It is amazing!Anywany.I rode the chariots without the knowledge of the pharaoh,"Karina laughed.The others laughed.
"And you, prince Rapses."karina began. "I may have not known how long have I been resting,but I am happy to meet you again."Karina looked around the museum. "Where on Ra am I?"
"This is the prince�s world.A place called San Fransisco.It has been 3500 years after our rest too,"Rath explained.
Karina�s eyes traveled down to Presley. "Then you are the reborned Rapses.Young Master."she bowed deeply.
"Nice to meet ya�?"Presley said,grinning.
A laugh rang out down the hall.
"I know that laugh,"Presley mummered.
"Scarab,"Ja-Kal said.
"Lord Scarab??"Karina asked. "He still lives?"
"The traitor Scarab,"Rath said. "That man killed the prince back in Egypt."
"No,"Karina gasped.Her pictures of her own memory flashbacked into her mind.Scarab entering her room.He knew she was a threat to his plans on becoming the next pharaoh.With that evil grin he attacked her with his magic.She remebered the purple flashes of light from his hands.One almost hit her.She reflected the beam with a dark blue beam from her own hand.Her magic couldn�t last long against Scarab�s.She lost her life.He betrayed her.He betrayed the prince.He betrayed the Pharaoh and he betrayed Egypt!She will not let it happen again. "It will never happen again."
She kneeled down in front of Presley. "Once in egypt,I took an oath.I swore to protect you and I failed. I swear to you now,my prince.what happened back then,will not happen again.I promise."She stood up.

"Aren�t reunions very touching?"came a voice.
Scarab.He stepped out from the darkness.The 5 mummies stood in front of Presley,making a protective wall in front of him.
"You killed the prince,Scarab.some advisor you are,"Karina said,angrily.
"Now,now,your highness.You will get your fun very soon,"Scarab sneered. "SHABTIES!ATTACK!DESTROY THE MUMMIES AND THE PRINCESS!!!"
"WITH THE STRENGH OF RA!!!!!"
The mummies transformed into their armors.Princess Karina�s armor was beautiful.Her armor�s top was like Nefer-Tina�s.It was brown and gold.Her headress was like a head of a wolf which did not cover her face like the other mummies.she still had her wrists protectors. A long gold, tipped with brown, wolf tail curled around one leg.Unlike the other mummies,she wore gold boots up to her ankles. At her side was a belt holding her weapon, a golden disc, and there, her long brown tail was attached. She did not have any wolf claws. Instead, she had those �finger tops� like Rath�s except that hers were razor sharp and blue.
"No one lays a harmful hand on Rapses,"Karina said.
"Let�s kick tut!"Armon cried.
The princess immediately jumped into action.HHIIEEYYAAKKK!!!She jumped high from the ground.landed on a shabtie�s shoulder and gave it a powerful blow.PPPOOWW!! before the shabtie crumbled,she did a backflip and twisted her body and SLAM!!!She kicked the another shabtie.CRASH!!The 2 shabties crumbled to the ground.
"Wow,"Nefer-Tina said,amazed.Even she could not really see the movements of Karina.HIEYAK!!!she destroyed a shabtie with a backswing kick.
"They are too many of them!"Rath cried.SWISH!TZING!TZING!2 more shabties crumbled to the ground.
"They keep on coming.They keep on coming,"Armon chanted.
"Try your best to protect the prince,"Ja-Kal said.Eventhough Karina was a princess,he was still the leader.
Karina was making her way to Scarab.3 shabties came after her.she leaped from the ground,did a somersault and landed behind the shabties.She took out her disc and SWISH!TZING!TZING!TZING!!!BBOOMMM!!!!The shabties crumbled all at once!Karina ran to Scarab.
"Your turn Scarab!"she cried.
"I don�t think so,"Scarab answered.
TZING!!!A purple beam flew across the hall aimed at Karina.
"Whoa!"Karina cried.she did a swift cartwheel and the beam hit another shabtie.The beam went right through the shabtie!Karina did not realised it .narrowing her green eyes she released a blue beam from her hands but the beams went right through Scarab! "What!"she gasped. "It couldn�t be!"
But it was true.The Scarab was a hologram.
"HELP!!!" A cry came from the other side of the hall.The prince!
"Rapses!No!!"Those words departed from Karina�s lips. "Rapses!"
"HAHAHAHA!!!!"Scarab laughed over and over.
He took hold of Presley and on his small wings,he flew out through the skylight.CCRRAASSHH!!!
"NO!!!"Ja-Kal cried.
"RAPSES!!"Rath and Nefer-Tina cried.
"My Prince!"Armon cried.
Ja-Kal,Rath,Nefer-Tina and Armon destroyed the remaining shabtie quickly.Karina Looked at the skylight for a long time.The other four mummies came and joined her.
"Your highness!"Rath gasped.
Small tears began forming in Karina eyes.He armor dissepeared.She fell on to the gound on her knees.
"Princess," Nefer-Tina began. "You tried your best."
Karina shooked her head. Tears streaming down her cheeks. She covered her face with her hands. "I failed my oath to the pharaoh once. I failed. I swore to the prince. I failed again,"
She sobbed.Rath lifted her up by her shoulders.
"We will promise to bring Rapses back,"Rath said,softly.
"No,"Karina said suddenly. "Don�t promise to me,Rath.Promise to Rapses.I have promised to protect him and I will not abandon my oath."
"Nor will we,my princess.Nor will we,"Rath said.
"We will come for Rapses,"Ja-Kal said. "We promised the pharaoh and we�too�will not abandon our oath."
"I promise to get Rapses back,"Nefer-Tina said.
"Me too,"Armon chimed in.Placing a hand on Karina�s shoulders.
The 5 mummies stared at the broken skylight,determined to save the prince���..
